As an independent consultant, I help individuals and organisations to understand their online web presence and advise them on how to engage with their target audiences more effectively. Typically, I explain new tools to senior management, implement those tools and create a "best of breed" environment with the rest of the team. I understand the connection between traffic sources and on-site optimization, and I help to build a customer data base that works towards a personalised online experience. Then, I'll review new analytical and/or testing tool sets and report them back to stakeholders.

A web Applications Architect is an expert whose main mission is to create and develop the technical scheme of an application or a website. He works on large projects and advises the entire project team. Guarantor of the sustainability of an application or a website, he ensures a proper operation.
Entrepreneur
I have seen a lot of projects taking months or even years to complete or even worse, get cancelled before development even starts. For me, to be a one pager website or a million pages mega portal, planning is key to getting online in a timely effective manner and planning ensures the project stays on track. Defining the scope and tracking the project helps all involved elements to keep on to the schedule. When I believe, I'll find the right way to do it.
